Kakobuy QC (quality control) photos are warehouse inspection images taken after the seller delivers to Kakobuy’s China facility. Staff photograph the item tied to your order line — before you pay international freight.
This is different from spreadsheet thumbnails or community QC galleries, which show what other buyers received or what a row looked like when curated. Warehouse photos are the only QC that decides whether your unit ships.

When do QC photos appear?
Timeline after you paste a spreadsheet link into Kakobuy:
- Pay item price + domestic freight → Kakobuy reviews order (~3–5 working hours).
- Seller ships to warehouse (~3–5 days domestic).
- Inbound inspection → Kakobuy QC photos uploaded to My Account → Warehouse.
There is no fixed minute-by-minute SLA published — photos follow warehouse check-in. Check your dashboard rather than assuming spreadsheet QC timing.
What Kakobuy inspects
Per Kakobuy’s acceptance documentation, inbound staff verify style, quantity, color, size label, and visible defects. They photograph items for your review and flag problems. Electronics and sealed packages get exterior checks only — no power-on or authenticity testing.
How to check shoes
- Model & colorway — match the variant you paid for, not just the silhouette.
- Size tag & insole — read EU/US/CM labels; request insole length if the listing chart was ambiguous.
- Shape & symmetry — toe box, heel cup, ankle collar — zoom in on both shoes.
- Stitching & glue — midsole glue marks, crooked swooshes, loose threads.
- Box & extras — laces, spare laces, tissue, dust bag if the listing promised them.
How to check clothing
- Print & embroidery — placement vs listing photos; spelling on text graphics.
- Tags & labels — size, wash label, brand tags readable in frame.
- Fabric & weight — warehouse lighting washes colors — compare angles, not fantasy seller renders.
- Zipper & hardware — hoodies, jackets, bags — pull tabs, snaps, drawstrings present.
- Measurements — request flat lay chest/length photos if fit is borderline.
How to confirm overall quality
- Wrong color, size, or model → ticket immediately.
- Defect you would not accept in-store → reject while still in China.
- Missing QC angle (interior label, back print) → request more photos before approving.
- Listing screenshots help when explaining mismatches to support.
Kakobuy’s returns policy requires opening a ticket within a short period after warehouse inbound (often cited around 5 days) for eligible issues. Act during QC — not after the parcel ships internationally.
