A spreadsheet entry can point to a marketplace item, a short redirect, an agent page or an external catalog. The text of the link does not tell you which destination you will reach. Open it and identify the actual product page before using it in an order.

Identify which kind of link you have

If it remains unavailable, use the agent’s current manual-order instructions or contact support. Do not substitute an unrelated URL just to make the form accept an order.
Keep a record through QC
Save the product URL, selected variant and any measurements or customization notes with the order reference. These records help you compare the warehouse item with what you requested.
After the item arrives, use your order’s warehouse photos to check the variant and condition. A successful URL import confirms only that the order form recognized a listing; it does not confirm the quality or fit of the item.
